How Do I Log Meals in Fitia?

You can log meals in Fitia depending on how you use the app. Whether you log your own meals or follow Fitia’s meal plan, there’s a logging method for you.

Log Meals When Adding Your Own Foods

  1. Open Fitia and go to the Plan tab
  2. Tap the “+” button in the meal where you want to log food.
  3. Select how you’d like to log your food:
  • List: Type foods as a list to quickly add them to your meal.
  • Search: Search for foods in Fitia’s database.
  • Scan: Take a photo of your meal or select one from your gallery to calculate calories and macros, or scan a product barcode.
  • Voice: Log foods by using your voice, hands-free.
  1. Your foods will be added to your daily log, updating calories and macronutrients automatically.

Log Meals When Following Fitia’s Meal Plan

  1. Open Fitia and go to the Plan tab
  2. Check off the foods you’ve eaten by tapping the empty box to the right of each item.
  3. A checkmark will appear, and the calories will automatically be added to your daily total.
