You can easily choose or modify the foods included in your meal plan directly from the app settings. How to change your preferred foods 1. Go to the Plan tab in the app. 2. Tap the profile icon (top right corner). 3. Select Meal Plan. 4. Tap Foods. 5. From there, update your preferred foods for each meal (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner). Important for automatic meal plans If you’re using the automatic meal plan, you’ll need to recalculate your existing days to apply the new food preferences: - To recalculate a day, go to the Plan tab, tap the upper-left button (…), and select Recalculate. - For new days that haven’t been calculated yet, there’s no need to do this—the new food preferences will apply automatically.
