How Do I Change or Set My Activity Level in Fitia?

You can change or set your activity level in Fitia to make sure your calorie and macro goals reflect how active you are.

Steps to Update Your Activity Level

  1. Open the Fitia app and go to the Plan tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Activity section.
  3. Tap the three dots on the right side of the Activity section.
  4. Select your preferred activity level from the options.
    • Sedentary
    • Lightly Active
    • Moderately Active
    • Very Active
    • Professional Athlete
    • Sync with Apple Health or Health Connect
    • Custom
  5. Tap your preferred option.
  6. Use the arrow in the upper left to go back and save the changes

Your daily calorie and macro targets will update automatically based on the activity level you selected.
