What I liked most is that the app has different brands of products and shows you the calories and what percentage of macros they contain. You can also copy meals, which saves a ton of time. Another thing I found really cool is that you can log water and daily exercise all in one app.

I love the app, you can measure the calories going into your body and have more control to reach your weight. Also, you find several brands for a more accurate count, and I think it’s wonderful. Well, today I hit 45 days using it in premium mode, and I have to say it. I lost 15 pounds and hit my goal. I’m a couch potato with little time to exercise, but I did it. The first 10 days, I combined Fitia with another app for some exercise routines, then I didn’t have time for those routines, so I stuck with Fitia and its meal recommendations. That’s how I lost the 15 pounds I wanted. So, of course, I recommend this app.

I love it ❤️, it personalizes your macronutrients according to your data (height, weight, age) based on whether you want to lose fat, maintain weight, or gain muscle. You can alternate recipes, ingredients, foods, or even create your own recipes while keeping track of your calories, you can change the data according to your results, and it even allows you to calculate your body fat, simply wonderful :).

If you’re one of those people who find it hard to maintain a balanced diet and reach your desired weight, I recommend it.
