Simply spectacular, it’s one of the most complete apps I’ve tried. It creates a diet according to your goals and your pantry. You can scan product barcodes, and it gives you nutritional values. It has practical recipes, you can make the supermarket list and send it, it has its own community. Highly recommended.

I think it’s an awesome app and the premium version lets you tweak a ton. I just kicked off the Keto diet, and the app really helped me dial in my macros and figure out what foods I can and can’t eat when planning my daily menu. I also love that I can add ingredients on my own to be as spot-on as possible with what I eat each day. Highly recommend.

You can alternate recipes, ingredients, foods, or even create your own recipes while keeping track of your calories, you can change the data according to your results, and it even allows you to calculate your body fat, simply wonderful :).

I don’t usually rate apps, but this one is worth it. Yes, it works. If you do it consistently, with commitment, and without deviating from its recommendations, it is really useful. Doing exercise about 4 times a week and following this diet in premium mode, in 6 months, I lost about 24 pounds, which was my goal. The best part is you can introduce your own foods if you're missing something, and it calculates the macros anyway. Recommended!
