Incredible app! It helps you at all times to achieve your nutritional goals, and you can change your goal as many times as you want. I don’t usually rate apps, but this one is really good. Very good app. Thanks to it, I lost 31 pounds without stopping eating regular food and even some things I like. Obviously, you have to do your part not to exceed the daily calorie intake and lose weight. The water reminder notifications are very good. If you’re one of those people who find it hard to maintain a balanced diet and reach your desired weight, I recommend it. I don’t usually rate apps, but this one is worth it. Yes, it works. If you do it consistently, with commitment, and without deviating from its recommendations, it is really useful. Doing exercise about 4 times a week and following this diet in premium mode, in 6 months, I lost about 24 pounds, which was my goal. The best part is you can introduce your own foods if you're missing something, and it calculates the macros anyway. Recommended!

What I liked most is that the app has different brands of products and shows you the calories and what percentage of macros they contain. You can also copy meals, which saves a ton of time. Another thing I found really cool is that you can log water and daily exercise all in one app.
