Well, today I hit 45 days using it in premium mode, and I have to say it. I lost 15 pounds and hit my goal. I’m a couch potato with little time to exercise, but I did it. I don’t usually rate apps, but this one is really good. I think it’s an awesome app and the premium version lets you tweak a ton. I just kicked off the Keto diet, and the app really helped me dial in my macros and figure out what foods I can and can’t eat when planning my daily menu.
