If I could give it 1000 stars I would, by far the best app to lose weight and control my diet, starting with a great list of foods, it has recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and mid-morning, notifications to drink water, to add meals. You can also add your own foods, it’s truly incredible. Many thanks.

Incredible app! It helps you at all times to achieve your nutritional goals, and you can change your goal as many times as you want. I like it a lot. You can control almost every detail of daily calorie intake per meal. It lets you put together a variety of foods for each meal and gives you an overview of what you can eat in a day without going over or under your calorie intake. I’ve found all the products I use daily, with specific brands.

I love it ❤️, it personalizes your macronutrients according to your data (height, weight, age) based on whether you want to lose fat, maintain weight, or gain muscle. You can alternate recipes, ingredients, foods, or even create your own recipes while keeping track of your calories, you can change the data according to your results, and it even allows you to calculate your body fat, simply wonderful :).

I think it’s a very good app for counting calories, proteins, and the rest. It’s excellent since the meals it programs are healthy and tasty. Besides, it has a section for looking up how to cook, and so on. You can also add other consumed foods to get the total value and know better how much and what you consumed. I give the app 5 stars, a 10/10 for being very healthy and everything.

Of all the apps for calorie counting, this one is the best. You enter your data, your goals, the foods you have available; it tells you what to eat, when, and how much. You choose what type of diet you want and how quickly you want to see results. It has great, simple, and quick recipes. 5 stars.

I don’t usually rate apps, but this one is really good. Two weeks ago, I started with the diets the app gives me, and I’ve had good results, that is, in two weeks, I’ve managed to lose 7 pounds, which used to be impossible for me. I’ve had the app for 3 days, got the 6-month plan, and it’s dope. You can add your ingredients and the app gives you recipes based on what you have and the calories you need each day. If you don’t like a menu, just reset it and pick another. Love it!
