How Can I Request a Refund for Fitia?

Payments made through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) are processed by Apple or Google and the refunds must be requested through the respective store, as we do not manage these payments or issue refunds directly
If you purchased a subscription through the App Store (iPhone):
- Go to Apple’s refund page
- Sign in with your Apple ID and follow the instructions to request a refund.
If you purchased a subscription through Google Play (Android):
- Visit Google Play’s refund page
- Follow the steps to submit your refund request.
If you purchased a subscription through our website, you can request a refund if you are within 48 hours of your payment. To request a refund, please contact us at support@fitia.app.
