How Do I Change My Goal to Lose Weight or Gain Muscle?

To change your goal in Fitia:
- Open the app and go to the Plan view.
- Tap on your profile picture.
- Select Goal, Calories & Macros > Goal & Calories.
- Choose your new goal: Weight Gain, Weight Loss or Weight Maintenance.
- Set other details like your goal weight, speed, and whether you want Fitia to adjust your calories based on your progress.
- Tap OK. Your calorie target will update automatically to match your new goal.
