How Do I Change My Goal to Lose Weight or Gain Muscle?

To change your goal in Fitia:

  1. Open the app and go to the Plan view.
  2. Tap on your profile picture.
  3. Select Goal, Calories & Macros > Goal & Calories.
  4. Choose your new goal: Weight Gain, Weight Loss or Weight Maintenance.
  5. Set other details like your goal weight, speed, and whether you want Fitia to adjust your calories based on your progress.
  6. Tap OK. Your calorie target will update automatically to match your new goal.
