How Do I Import Workouts From Apple Health?

You can sync your Apple Health information with Fitia to track workouts, calories, and other health data automatically.
How to Import Data From Apple Health (Plan Tab)
- Open Fitia and go to the Plan tab.
- Scroll down to Activity and tap the three dots on the right.
- Select Sync with Apple Health.
- Activate Sync with Apple Health to automatically import and export data between Fitia and Apple Health. You can then choose whether to:
- Add Exercise Calories (optional): Include calories burned during workouts like running, cycling, or sports in your daily calorie goal.
- Add NEAT Calories (optional): Include non-exercise activity calories such as walking, climbing stairs, or standing.
How to Import Data From Apple Health (Settings)
- Tap your profile photo (located at the upper right corner)
- Scroll to Settings and select Sync with Apple Health.
- Enable Apple Health sync and choose your exercise and NEAT calorie options as in the Plan Tab method.
Note: This feature is available for Fitia Premium users.
