How Do I Manually Log Exercises or Workouts in Fitia?

Updated

You can manually log exercises or workouts in Fitia by going to your Plan tab and adding activity under the Activity section. This helps Fitia adjust your calorie and macro targets based on your physical activity.

Steps to Log an Exercise Manually

  1. Open the Fitia app and go to the Plan tab.
  2. Scroll down until you see the Activity section.
  3. Tap the “+” icon.
  4. Search or browse for the exercise you want to log (e.g., running, bicycling, HIIT, weight training, etc.).
  5. Enter the duration so Fitia can estimate the calories burned.
  6. Tap Save to add the exercise to your daily log.

Fitia will automatically adjust your daily calorie and macro targets based on the activity logged.

Note: If you want to adjust your overall activity level (e.g., Sedentary, Active), you can do it from the same Activity section where you log exercises. Learn more here.
