How Can I Redo My Plan in Fitia?

Fitia’s Redo Plan lets you restart your plan from scratch, updating your goals, personal data, and meal preferences. This is useful if your health objectives or eating habits have changed.

Important: Restarting your plan will delete today’s and upcoming days, replacing them with a new meal plan based on your updated data.

How to Redo Your Plan

  1. Open Fitia and tap your profile photo (located at the upper right corner)
  2. Go to Settings > Redo Plan
  3. Here’s what you can update:
    • Goal weight
    • Personal data (sex, age, height, current weight, and activity level)
    • Diet type (let Fitia select meals or choose them yourself)
    • Meal plan settings (number of meals per day, recipe or simple food suggestions, and available foods)
    • Other preferences to further personalize your plan
  4. Confirm to create your new plan.

Fitia will then update your daily calorie target and refresh your current meal plan based on your updated information.
