How to Set Up Reminders in Fitia

  1. Open Fitia and tap your profile photo (located at the upper right corner)
  2. Go to Settings > Reminders
  3. Choose the type of reminder you want to activate:
  • Meal Reminders: Set notifications for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, or Dinner at specific times.
  • Water Reminders: Schedule notifications at specific times or choose reminders to repeat every set number of hours.
  • Weight & Body Reminders: Set reminders to log your weight and body measurements on specific days and times.
  1. Turn reminders on or off as needed and adjust the timing to fit your daily routine.
