You can set up reminders in Fitia for meals, water intake, and weight or body measurements to stay on track with your health goals. ****These notifications help you log meals, stay hydrated, and track your progress consistently.
How to Set Up Reminders in Fitia
- Open Fitia and tap your profile photo (located at the upper right corner)
- Go to Settings > Reminders
- Choose the type of reminder you want to activate:
- Meal Reminders: Set notifications for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, or Dinner at specific times.
- Water Reminders: Schedule notifications at specific times or choose reminders to repeat every set number of hours.
- Weight & Body Reminders: Set reminders to log your weight and body measurements on specific days and times.
- Turn reminders on or off as needed and adjust the timing to fit your daily routine.
