Don’t Go to Extremes with Cardio
Balance cardio and strength to maximize results without going to extremes

🚫 Some people skip cardio altogether, thinking it's "not necessary" or that it "interferes with muscle gain."
✅ Cardio provides numerous health benefits that strength training alone doesn’t, especially for cardiometabolic health.
It's true that cardio can impact your strength performance, but only if you do it before your strength session. To avoid this, do cardio afterward or on separate days (ideally if the session will be intense).
🚫 Others only focus on cardio, usually those trying to lose weight quickly or who believe strength training is just for building muscle mass.
✅ Strength training is key for fat loss and maintaining muscle mass, which gives you a toned look. It also strengthens your bones, boosts your immune system, and helps prevent chronic diseases.
🏋️🏃 Combine both types of exercise for overall health. Avoid extremes.
