How to Change Your Calorie Distribution per Meal

You can easily adjust the percentage of calories that Fitia assigns to each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks) so it matches your schedule, appetite, or personal preferences.
Steps to change your calorie distribution per meal
- Open the Fitia app.
- Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the Settings section.
- Go to Meal Plan & Foods.
- Tap Number of Meals.
- You’ll see a list of your daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks).
- Tap the number or percentage next to each meal to edit the calories assigned to it.
- Adjust the values until the total equals 100%. Your changes will save automatically when you exit.
⚠️ If the values go below or above 100%, a warning message will appear and the app won’t allow the change.
This lets you customize your daily calorie distribution in Fitia according to your routine, schedule, or eating habits.
