How Do I Change the Food Database Country?

Fitia has a food database adapted for each country, so you can find products from your local supermarkets with verified nutrition information. This is especially useful because many brands sell the same product in different countries but with different calories or nutrition values.

Fitia automatically filters foods based on your selected country to give you the most accurate match, making nutrition tracking more reliable and tailored to where you live.

How to change the food database country

1. Go to the Database tab in the app.
2. Tap the flag icon next to the search bar.
3. Select the country you want to use.

Once updated, the food search and recommendations will adapt to the database of the chosen country.
