How Do I Change the Language?

You can easily change both the app interface language and the database language in Fitia from your account settings.

How to change the language

1. Go to the Plan tab in the app.
2. Tap the profile icon (top right corner).
3. Select Language and Units.
4. Choose your preferred interface language and database language.

Interface language vs. database language

• Interface language: Changes all the app menus, buttons, and settings, but does not affect food search or recommendations.
• Database language: Affects how you search for foods and receive food recommendations.

For example, you can set your interface to English but keep the database in Spanish, allowing you to search for foods like "pollo" instead of "chicken".
