How Can I Create My Meal Plan in Fitia?

You can create your meal plan in Fitia in two ways:

  1. Manual Plan: Customize your meals, foods, variety, and number of meals per day.
  2. Automatic Plan: Let Fitia instantly generate meal suggestions based on your calorie goals and food preferences (see How Do I Activate the Automatic Meal Plan? for details).

Steps to Create Your Meal Plan

  1. Open Fitia and go to the Plan tab.
  2. Tap your profile photo (located at the upper right corner)
  3. Then, from the Quick Access menu, select Meal Plan & Foods.
  4. Choose your meal preferences:
    • Foods: Select the foods you want for breakfast, lunch, snacks, or dinner.
    • Variety: Choose High (different dishes each day), Balanced (mix of repeated and new dishes), or Minimal (fewer dishes for easier prep).
    • Number of Meals: Set up to five meals per day and assign the percentage of calories for each meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks).
    • Suggestion Type: Choose between Simple Foods (base foods to cook as you like), Recipes (detailed cooking instructions), or both to include in your plan.
  5. Save your changes to instantly create or update your meal plan.
