Where Can I Log My Daily Steps?

Fitia doesn’t track your steps in real time because they’re already included in your daily calorie calculation by default. You don’t need to log them manually either.
However, if you use a fitness tracker or app that records your steps, Fitia can automatically import that data as part of your NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) through Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This allows your calorie targets to adjust based on your daily activity.
