What Do the Green and Yellow Colors on the Calorie Bar Mean?

In Fitia, the calorie target is shown as a range, not a fixed number, making tracking more flexible and realistic for long-term results. What the colors mean - Green: Your calorie intake is within your target range for the day. - Yellow: Your calorie intake is below or above your target range for the day. How the calorie range works Your daily calorie target always includes a ±10% margin. For example, if your target is 2,000 kcal, your range will be: - Lower limit: 1,800 kcal - Upper limit: 2,200 kcal If you log calories within this range, your day will be marked green. If you go below 1,800 kcal or above 2,200 kcal, it will show as yellow. This flexible approach to calorie tracking is more sustainable long term and has shown better results compared to strict, fixed targets.
