Do I Need to Log Extra Exercise?

You only need to use one exercise setting in Fitia, not both.

  • The easy option lets you pick a general activity level, such as exercising 2–3 days per week (learn how here).
  • The custom option lets you choose the type of activity, duration and frequency.

Choose the option that fits you best, but don’t combine both settings.

Note: You can sync your device with Apple Health or Health Connect to import NEAT and exercise calories from wearables, which replaces the need to set an activity level or custom exercise (learn how here).
