How to Register and Configure your Water Consumption in Fitia?

Hydration is critical to maintaining your performance and health. In this tutorial, you will learn how to record and configure your daily water intake in Fitia.

How does it work?

Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1: Record Water Consumption

1. Go to the Water section: 

Access the "Plan" screen, scroll down and you will find the 'Water' section just below the exercise log. 

2. Record the Water you have Drunk: 

Click on the glasses/bottles icon to record the amount of water you have drunk during the day.

In this section, you will be able to see the amount of water you have logged and your daily goal.

Step 2: Setting Water Consumption

If you want to customize how to record your water consumption, follow these steps:

1. Open Water Settings

Click on the three dots (...) in the water section.

2. Choose the Registration Icon

You can choose whether to register water in glasses or bottles by selecting the corresponding icon.

3. Select the Cup/Bottle Size

Adjust the number of milliliters your glass or bottle holds.

4. Daily Target

Here you can see your daily water consumption requirement in liters.

5. Set Water Notifications

Activate notifications to remind you to drink water. You can set the frequency and time of the notifications.
