Step-by-Step Guide
Access the "Plan" screen, scroll down and you will find the 'Water' section just below the exercise log.
Click on the glasses/bottles icon to record the amount of water you have drunk during the day.
In this section, you will be able to see the amount of water you have logged and your daily goal.

If you want to customize how to record your water consumption, follow these steps:
Click on the three dots (...) in the water section.
You can choose whether to register water in glasses or bottles by selecting the corresponding icon.
Adjust the number of milliliters your glass or bottle holds.
Here you can see your daily water consumption requirement in liters.
Activate notifications to remind you to drink water. You can set the frequency and time of the notifications.

Recording and configuring your water consumption in Fitia is easy and will help you stay hydrated throughout the day.
