Eating healthy doesn’t mean "starving yourself." What you need to do is choose your foods wisely.
👆 The image on the left represents just one meal. With the same amount of calories, you could choose foods that keep you full throughout an entire day. Plus, the nutrient density between both examples is completely different.
Choose foods that are low in calorie density but high in satiety, such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, lean proteins, whole grains, and cereals. These will be your best allies in keeping your appetite under control.
❗️Remember, the image is just an example, it doesn’t mean you should consume 1,500 kcal. Caloric needs vary from person to person depending on their activity level, characteristics, and lifestyle.
