I think it’s a very good app for counting calories, proteins, and the rest. It’s excellent since the meals it programs are healthy and tasty. Besides, it has a section for looking up how to cook, and so on. You can also add other consumed foods to get the total value and know better how much and what you consumed. I give the app 5 stars, a 10/10 for being very healthy and everything.

Well, honestly, I loved it. For me to leave a comment on the App Store, I assure you it’s very good. If you want a real change, then walk differently! This app helped me organize my meals and achieve my goals. It helped me write down my daily meals, and those for the current day for the next day. And thus go shopping for everything. Thanks.

An excellent app, I lost 18 pounds in less than 3 months, and that’s even with not being able to exercise for a month due to recovering from hand surgery, so the meal plan alone helped me a lot. I have Premium. I highly recommend it!

Well, today I hit 45 days using it in premium mode, and I have to say it. I lost 15 pounds and hit my goal. I’m a couch potato with little time to exercise, but I did it. The first 10 days, I combined Fitia with another app for some exercise routines, then I didn’t have time for those routines, so I stuck with Fitia and its meal recommendations. That’s how I lost the 15 pounds I wanted. So, of course, I recommend this app.

Very good app. Thanks to it, I lost 31 pounds without stopping eating regular food and even some things I like. Obviously, you have to do your part not to exceed the daily calorie intake and lose weight. The water reminder notifications are very good. Spectacular app. I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time. It calculates your caloric needs (very well) based on physical activity. It calculates your macros, for example, if you do strength training… and most importantly, based on those macros, it gives you a menu that fits your needs.

The best app to lose weight. It tells you the calories you need to consume to lose weight. You choose what you eat, and it gives you the caloric value data. A kitchen scale is the best complement.
