I think it’s a very good app for counting calories, proteins, and the rest. It’s excellent since the meals it programs are healthy and tasty. Well, today I hit 45 days using it in premium mode, and I have to say it. I lost 15 pounds and hit my goal. I’m a couch potato with little time to exercise, but I did it. The first 10 days, I combined Fitia with another app for some exercise routines, then I didn’t have time for those routines, so I stuck with Fitia and its meal recommendations. That’s how I lost the 15 pounds I wanted. So, of course, I recommend this app.
