ButterFor this recipe you need butter at room temperature and previously peeled and washed cassava.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
Grate the raw cassava and beat it together with the milk, egg and butter until you have a smooth mixture.
Add a pinch of salt, sugar and baking powder. Beat.
Grease and flour a baking pan and pour the mixture.
Bake at 356 °F (180 °C) for 45 minutes.
Let cool, remove from the baking pan and serve.
