How Do I Change My Starting Weight in Fitia?

You can update your starting weight in Fitia to ensure your progress and calorie calculations are accurate. This also lets you adjust your goal weight if needed.

Steps to Change Your Starting Weight

  1. Open Fitia and go to the Progress tab.
  2. In the Goal section, tap the “>” icon.
  3. Select Goal & Calories.
  4. Tap Goal Weight to update your Initial Weight
  5. Tap OK to save your changes.
