The time it takes to lose weight depends on your goal weight, activity level, calorie deficit, and other personal settings.

To see how long it’ll take you to reach your target with Fitia:

  1. Open the app and go to the Progress tab.
  2. Under Goal, you’ll find an estimate of how many days it will take.

This timeline updates automatically when you change your goals, so it always reflects your current settings.
