OilTo make the burgers, first mince the garlic. Next, mix half of the garlic with the ground beef and flour.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well and shape the patty with your hands until all the ingredients are well mixed. Refrigerate.
Place a pan over high heat.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the patty. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
When flipping the patty, add the cheese and cover to melt. Once ready, remove.
Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and cut the onion into thin sticks.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan. Once heated, stir-fry the mushrooms with the garlic set aside and onion.
After 5-7 minutes, the onion will turn translucent. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Assemble the hamburger by placing the beef patty with cheese, the mushroom sauce, tomato and lettuce between the buns.
Serve.
