OilFor the burgers, first chop the garlic. Mix the 2/3 of the garlic with the ground beef and set the rest aside.
Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well and shape into two patties using your hands. Take to the fridge.
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil and add the patties.
Cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Once you flip it, add the cheese slice and cover.
Once ready, remove.
Preheat the remaining oil in another pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the spinach.
Once heated, add the remaining garlic with the cut spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
You can season with a pinch of nutmeg.
Once the spinach has reduced its volume, remove from heat.
Serve the patty with cheese and the spinach stew.
