Bell PepperFor this recipe you need cooked rice.
While preheating a pan over medium heat, chop the garlic and cut the bell pepper into pieces.
Note that you can use red and/or green bell pepper as desired.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and sauté the vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
Then add the sauce and the cooked rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let it cook for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the fish and season to taste.
Place the grill over high heat. Once heated, pour the rest of the oil and add the fish. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
When desired doneness is reached, remove and season with lemon juice.
Serve the fish with rice and bell peppers.
