Instrucciones

For the marinade, mix paprika with garlic paste or powder, salt and pepper. Add the oil and mix.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with the mixture. If you have time, let sit for some minutes for a better flavor.

Heat the pan over high heat. Once heated, add the marinated chicken.

Lower the heat over medium heat and cook for 6-8 minutes while stirring from time to time.

Continue cooking until well cooked and remove.

At the same time, wash and dry the spinach leaves. Slice the mushrooms and, if you want, grill them.
