How Do I Calculate My Body Fat Percentage?

The body fat percentage calculator is available only for Premium users. To use it:
- Go to the Progress tab.
- Select Check-In.
- Open the % Body Fat & Measurements dropdown.
- First, select “Formula” next to “Calculation % Fat.”
- Then, enter your measurements to get an estimated body fat percentage.
- Tap Save in the upper right corner to store your results.
