Ground BeefPreheat a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef and chop the garlic.
Once heated, add half the oil with the garlic and stir-fry for some seconds.
Then add the beef and cook for 10 minutes while stirring from time to time until it gets a brownish color. You can add some liquid to prevent from drying.
Add the chopped tomato and let cook for some minutes until it releases its juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the eggs with the whites and salt and pepper to taste in the bowl. Beat.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and add the beaten eggs.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat until they set a bit, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the beef filling to one of the omelet halves.
Fold carefully, lower the heat and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and, once ready, serve.
