Heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken to the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes per side.
When flipping, you can season with oregano or parsley. Remove when desired doneness is reached and cut into strips.
Simultaneously, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot filled with boiling water.
Boil for 3 minutes and add a pinch of salt. Remove, drain and set aside.
Chop the tomato and mix with the broccoli. If you wish, you can add lemon juice.
Peel the carrot and grate. Mix with the cooked rice.
Mix the remaining oil with turmeric (or curry), salt and pepper. Season the rice.
Serve the chicken with the rice and broccoli.
