Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 12 minutes, remove and drain.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the carrot. Cut the green beans into medium pieces.
After 6 minutes of boiling the corn, add the carrot together with the green beans to the pot.
After 3 minutes of boiling, add the broccoli cut into small pieces.
After another 3 minutes, remove all the vegetales. Remove, drain and season with the remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste.
At the same time, heat a pan over medium-high heat with half of the oil. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken.
Once heated, add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Once done, remove.
Serve the grilled chicken with the cooked vegetables.
