Instrucciones

This recipe will also teach you how to make the oatmeal in the microwave.

Keep in mind that if the dates are very dry, so they can be soaked for a few hours for a more pleasant texture.

Place the oats and almond milk in a pot. Add water (the same amount as the almond milk) and bring to medium heat.

Stir constantly until boiling for approximately 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.

Add the vanilla extract and, optionally, add stevia to sweeten or the sweetener of your choice.

Microwave option: In a deep bowl, place the oatmeal together with the almond milk and water (half the prescribed amount of almond milk), vanilla extract and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
