Olive OilPlace the pasta in a pot with boiling water and boil for the time indicated in the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
At the same time, cut the chicken into bites and season with 1/3 of the oil, soy sauce and paprika. Mix well.
Then cut the tomato into pieces, separate the broccoli into florets and finely slice the carrot.
Put the carrot in a pot with boiling water or in the same pot as the pasta and boil for 3 minutes. Then add the broccoli and boil for 3 more minutes.
If you have mushrooms, slice and add with the broccoli. Once ready, remove and drain.
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes over medium heat.
Stir from time to time and, if you want, cover the pan for an even cooking process. Turn off and season to taste.
Put the pasta with vegetables on a plate and season with the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper. If you want, you can add rosemary and/or oregano.
