Add salt and pepper to the pork and cut into small pieces or shred.
In the meantime, heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
Once heated, add the beef and brown for about 5 minutes.
At the same time, chop the garlic, cut the green beans into pieces and add to the pot. Mix with the pork.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes while stirring from time to time.
If necessary, add some water or broth to prevent from drying.
Finally add the basil leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
Then heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once heated, crack the egg and cook for 4-5 minutes until it sets. Add salt and pepper.
Serve the pork stew with green beans, basil, rice and egg on a plate.
