Protein PowderFor this recipe you need cooked quinoa. If not, the following two instructions will show how to cook the quinoa.
Wash 1/4 of the indicated quinoa with water, at least 3 times and drain. Next, place it in a pot filled with water (3 times the amount of quinoa).
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time until the quinoa is cooked and has absorbed the water.
Mix the yogurt with the protein. Separately, wash the fruits and cut the strawberries into slices.
You can only use blueberries or raspberries and blueberries, but remember to follow the indicated amount of blueberries.
Once the quinoa is done, serve in a bowl, add the yogurt on top along with the fresh fruits. Mix well.
