OilPeel and dice the pumpkin. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until soft.
Meanwhile, in a pot over medium-high heat, add half of the oil, chopped garlic and rice.
Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Next, add turmeric, salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add curry or replace the turmeric with curry.
Add water (about 2 times the amount of rice). Once boiling, lower the heat and cover.
Cook for 17-20 minutes or until the liquid is completely absorbed and the rice is cooked.
Separately, place the grill over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef.
Once heated, add the rest of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove when well done.
To finish, place the cooked pumpkin in a bowl and mash until creamy.
Mix with the butter, salt and pepper to taste. Then add the peanut. If you wish, you can add cinnamon and pinch of stevia to the mashed pumpkin.
Serve.
