OnionIn a bowl place the corn flour with warm water. Mix well until all the ingredients are integrated. If necessary, add a little more water.
The dough should not be sticky.
Divide the dough into small balls of the same size. Simultaneously, heat the pan.
Place one of the balls between two squares of plastic bag and press gently to obtain a tortilla.
Place the tortilla in the pan, cook for 1 minute per side and remove. Cool for a few seconds, pinch the edges to form the sopes and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan. Once heated, add the sopes. Cook for 20-30 seconds per side, remove and set aside.
Next, chop the onion and shred the cheese.
Evenly distribute the green sauce and refried beans in each sope. Then add the cheese and onion.
Serve.
