OatsPreheat the oven or air fryer to 356 °F (180 °C).
Place the oats in a blender cup and blitz until powdery.
Finely chop the broccoli.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add a pinch of garlic powder.
Bake or air fry at 180°C (355°F) for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
You can also shape the mixture into patties and cook in a pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
