Lemon JuiceFor this recipe you can use cooked or raw beets.
Boil water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the potato.
Once boiling, add the potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain.
At the same time, heat the grill over high heat and add salt and pepper to the beef. It's better to use a lean cut.
Once heated, pour 1/3 of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook each side for 4-6 minutes. The time will depend on how thick it is. Remove once cooked as desired.
In the meantime peel and grate the beets for the salad. Season with 1/3 of the oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
To finish the potatoes: using the same grill, once the beef is sealed, add the remaining oil.
Add the cooked potatoes and brown each side for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
You can also brown the potatoes in the air fryer over 356°F (180°C)
Serve the beef with browned potatoes and beet salad on a plate.
