Instrucciones

1.

Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.

Place a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the beef into small pieces and add salt and pepper to taste.

Once heated, add the oil and the beef. Cook for 6-8 minutes until done and set aside.

At the same time, chop the garlic and slice the mushrooms.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.

Once melted, add the mushrooms with the garlic and stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium-low heat and stir occasionally.

Then add the milk and continue cooking until well mixed.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add a pinch of nutmeg.

9.

Serve the pasta on a plate with the beef and mushrooms in milk sauce. You can add parsley if desired.
