Bell PepperPlace a pot over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic and cut the bell pepper into strips.
Once heated, pour the oil and add the chopped garlic with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
Cut the pork into bites and add to in the pot. Brown them per both sides for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Next, add the bell pepper with the rice and mix with the mixture.
Meanwhile, cut off the ends of the green beans and then cut into 2 or 3 parts.
Add water (about 2 times the amount of rice) with the turmeric, green beans, peas and salt to taste.
Once boiling, low the heat and cover. Cook for 17-20 minutes or until the liquid is completely absorbed, and the rice is cooked.
Once done, remove from heat and serve.
